About Lulalyn
Lulalyn Gallery, Gifts and Interiors opened for business in the summer of 2007 in the heart of Midtown in Memphis, Tennessee. It was started with a simple idea, to add a venue in Midtown for Midtowners to shop for gifts, home furnishings and enjoy original art from some of the Midsouth's premier artists, without having to leave the comforts of Midtown. Not that there's anything wrong with other beautiful parts of Memphis - and we at Lulalyn welcome all. But, if there's one thing a true Midtowner knows, it's that when we cross Highland into East Memphis, we all lose our powers. So, stay close to home and come have a glass of wine with us.
What's in a name?
Lulalyn was named for Ralph's mother and Kevin's sister. The name is a combination of Lula May Dixon (Dorothy) and Debbie Lynn Mitchell. Both exceptional women were victims of cancer, and left far too early. However, they still provide inspiration daily to all who knew them.
